Peter Rabbit wandered into Mr. McGergor's garden, into the vegetable patch, where he ate lettuces, French beans and lots of radishes. This scene is illustrated here by Border Fine Arts. A delicate figurine of Peter Rabbit is encased in a glass water-filled ball, which sits on a slender cream base that has been decorated with more architecture from the vegetable patch: radishes, soil, a robin perched on a garden shovel. The ornament is a wonderful collection piece but is also a delightful gift - especially for a young child, who would undoubtedly appreciate the vibrant colours and adorable figurine.
